Returns & Exchanges
Subject to any other clause herein, Products purchased on Diamondelite.com.au can be returned or exchanged to us within 14 days of the products being delivered*.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in store, or via post. If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase, please contact returns@diamondelite.com.au quoting your order number, items you are returning or exchanging, and the reason, so that we can assist you in arranging the return.
- Wait for approval and shipping info from Diamond Elite. (2–3 business days).
- Return either in-store or via post at your own cost.
- Once received, the items will be assessed by the Diamond Elite team to ensure they are in an original, saleable condition and must be accompanied by all packaging, certificates, tag(s) and an original purchase receipt.
- Once quality assessment has been satisfied, Diamond Elite will exchange or refund your purchase price less any applicable fees and charges, including but not limited to return shipping, and in the case of international orders, customs fees, storage taxes and duties. Your refund will be processed to the same payment option that was used to make the purchase, and refunds will take approximately 5-10 days to show in your account.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
Diamond Elite will only accept Products for returns or exchanges if the Products are in the same condition as when the products were dispatched. Products must be returned in original packaging, with tag(s) attached including the sales invoice and any provided documents. Any acceptance by us of your request for a return or exchange remains subject, at all times, to us receiving the Products from you and inspecting the condition of the Products. You agree to bear any cost or damage incurred by Diamond Elite if the Products (including any packaging) are damaged upon their return to us.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, Diamond Elite does not provide returns or exchanges for earrings and/or body pierced jewellery, unless the Product does not comply with the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Items valued over AUD$15,000 are eligible for exchange only.
Consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law apply and are not limited by this policy.
* Diamond Elite does not offer returns or exchanges for Products after alteration or which have been specially ordered or Custom Made, including but not limited to, change of mind, unless the Product does not comply with the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Alterations include, but not limited to, resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase) and engraved items for any reason.

Your order will be securely sent via TNT Courier Express, signature required. Packaging is discreet to protect the security and privacy of your order. Inside, your piece will be beautifully presented in our signature Diamond Elite packaging. Unless otherwise arranged, ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within two business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Delivery is approximately overnight for metropolitan areas, and up to 3 days depending on your location.
Custom-made pieces will be shipped 4 to 5 weeks from the time of order. If you require any custom or made-to-order pieces sooner, please contact Diamond Elite at online@diamondelite.com.au as soon as possible.
In the event that your chosen item is not in stock, or any other delays are expected, the Diamond Elite team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery time.
International Shipping
Enjoy complimentary express international courier shipping internationally to most countries* on all orders over $500 AUD.

Inside, your piece will be beautifully presented in our signature Diamond Elite packaging. Unless otherwise arranged, ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within two business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Delivery is approximately 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Custom-made pieces will be shipped 4 to 5 weeks from the time of order. If you require any custom or made-to-order pieces sooner, please contact Diamond Elite at online@diamondelite.com.au as soon as possible.
In the event that a shipment is held by customs in your country, and fees are payable, the customer is responsible to pay such fees in order for the shipment to be released.

* There are some countries where local restrictions prohibit the import of diamonds and other high value items, so please contact our team at onine@diamondelite.com.au if you have any questions. Diamond Elite reserves the right to cancel the sale should any issue with shipping to a specific country arise and will contact you to process a refund according to our Returns Policy above.
Shipping Insurance
We ensure buyer protection by covering all shipping insurance, only using TNT Courier Express for domestic and Fedex International Express postage domestic and international orders respectively, as well as require signature on delivery.
Shipping Times Conditions
It is important to understand that delays can happen to any order due to circumstances outside of Diamond Elite’s control. This may be due to unexpected weather, technical issues or customs delays. Diamond Elite will not be held accountable for any shipping delays, however rest assured we will do everything we can to help ensure your order is received as quickly as possible.
If your package is sent back to Diamond Elite for any reason you will be subject to pay for reshipping of the goods. Therefore it is crucial to ensure that your shipping address is correct and someone is there to collect your order once it arrives. Diamond Elite is not liable for any missing orders when tracking dictates that the order has been delivered.
Import and Customs Duties
For all international orders the prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to abide and comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country in regards to importing of goods and the tax involved. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Diamond Elite recommends that prior to placing an order to check with local authorities to confirm taxes and duties involved.
