Your order will be securely sent via TNT Courier Express, signature required. Packaging is discreet to protect the security and privacy of your order. Inside, your piece will be beautifully presented in our signature Diamond Elite packaging. Unless otherwise arranged, ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within two business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Delivery is approximately overnight for metropolitan areas, and up to 3 days depending on your location.
Custom-made pieces will be shipped 4 to 5 weeks from the time of order. If you require any custom or made-to-order pieces sooner, please contact Diamond Elite at online@diamondelite.com.au as soon as possible.In the event that your chosen item is not in stock, or any other delays are expected, the Diamond Elite team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery time.

In the event that a shipment is held by customs in your country, and fees are payable, the customer is responsible to pay such fees in order for the shipment to be released.

There are some countries where local restrictions prohibit the import of diamonds and other high value items, so please contact our team at onine@diamondelite.com.au if you have any questions.
